Account Information: When you sign up, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, company name, and account password. Telemetry and Log Data: When your applications connect to ndelog, we process system logs, HTTP response headers, error stack traces, response times, and machine metadata. This data is processed strictly to provide monitoring dashboards and alerting services. Payment and Billing Data: If you upgrade to a paid subscription, we collect billing details such as billing names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses to generate lawful invoices. Security Note: ndelog never stores or processes raw credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or bank credentials on our systems. All financial transactions are handled securely through encrypted connections by our compliant third-party payment processors.
We use the collected data for the following operational purposes: (1) To initialize, run, maintain, and optimize your real-time infrastructure dashboards. (2) To route uptime notifications and critical errors to your designated alerts (Email, Webhooks, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.). (3) To process monthly payments, handle authorized refunds, and track account billing histories. (4) To detect, prevent, and mitigate system abuse, DDoS attempts, malicious logging activities, or security vulnerabilities. (5) To communicate platform updates, security alerts, and system maintenance windows.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your ingested log streams to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to run our platform: Payment Gateways: To authorize transactions, verify identities, manage recurring invoices, and issue refunds (e.g., Stripe, Midtrans, or Xendit). Cloud Infrastructure: Data is securely processed and hosted using our cloud infrastructure providers, operating under strict data security standards. Communication Channels: Email delivery services and telecommunication APIs used strictly to dispatch your custom alerting notifications.
Account Data: We retain your account registration profiles for as long as your account remains active. Log Data: Application log files and uptime metrics are automatically and permanently deleted on a rolling basis according to the retention limits of your active subscription plan. Account Deletion: If you close or delete your account, all associated metadata and stored log streams will be completely purged from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is legally required for accounting or tax auditing.
ndelog employs industry-standard technical measures — including TLS encryption for all incoming and outgoing log streams, encrypted database storage, and strict access controls — to guard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or cloud storage is 100% impenetrable.
Depending on your geographical location, you have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal data stored with us. You can perform most of these updates directly inside your account settings dashboard or by messaging us via support channels.
