Last updated: May, 2026. Our promise and your responsibilities.
Welcome to ndelog (ndelog.com). By accessing our website, deploying our tracking agents, or using our infrastructure monitoring and log management services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by ndelog ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all developers, teams, and entities who register an account or access our services ("User," "you," or "your").
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding the passwords, API keys, and access tokens used to access the Service. Any activity occurring under your account or via your API keys is your sole responsibility. Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify ndelog at cs@ndelog.com if you discover any unauthorized access, breach of security, or leak of your account credentials.
Subscription Models: ndelog offers both free and paid recurring subscription tiers. Paid tiers are billed in advance on a cyclical basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection. Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted monitoring and log ingestion, all paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle, after which your account will automatically downgrade or suspend. Refunds and Fair Use: New subscriptions are eligible for our 14-day initial purchase guarantee, subject strictly to the resource caps defined in our standalone Refund Policy. Automatic renewals, plan downgrades, and consumed add-on alert credits (such as SMS or WhatsApp notification bundles) are strictly non-refundable. Disputes & Chargebacks: You agree to contact cs@ndelog.com to resolve any billing discrepancies, invoice questions, or payment errors before initiating a chargeback dispute with your bank or payment processor. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate termination of your account and the permanent deletion of your historical log data.
ndelog provides real-time telemetry, ping monitoring, and log aggregation. To maintain service stability and prevent budget depletion, you agree not to: (1) Intentionally flood our API endpoints with excessive, malformed, or malicious log volumes beyond your designated plan quotas. (2) Use ndelog to monitor endpoints, servers, or systems that you do not legally own or possess explicit authorization to track. (3) Ingest logs containing raw unencrypted highly-sensitive data (such as user credit card numbers, raw passwords, or protected health records) into our standard unencrypted log viewers. (4) Attempt to circumvent rate limits, manipulate header metadata, or reverse-engineer our log aggregation engines. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate any account that degrades system performance or threatens infrastructure stability without prior notice.
Your Data: You retain all intellectual property rights over the log files, telemetry data, and system metrics you transmit to ndelog. You grant us a limited, global license to process, store, and display this data solely to provide the Service to you. Retention Lifespans: Data retention is governed strictly by your active subscription plan. Once your plan's retention window expires, logs are permanently purged from our active databases and cannot be recovered.
ndelog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum availability, we do not warrant that the Service will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or completely secure. As an infrastructure monitoring tool, we cannot guarantee that we will detect every server failure, network outage, or software error in your applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ndelog, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, production downtime, system outages, or business interruptions arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ndelog in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated text on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of ndelog after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For any legal inquiries or questions regarding these Terms, please reach out to us at cs@ndelog.com.
