At ndelog, we aim to provide reliable, high-performance infrastructure monitoring and log management tools for developers. Because our services involve active real-time computing, log storage, and third-party alert routing, our refund policy balances customer fairness with the operational realities of infrastructure costs.
If you are a new customer subscribing to a paid tier for the first time, you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction if the platform does not meet your technical requirements. To prevent systemic abuse of our infrastructure, this guarantee is strictly bound by our Fair Use Threshold. A full refund will only be granted if, during those 14 days, your account has consumed: (1) Less than 1 GB of cumulative log data ingestion, and (2) Less than 5 outbound alert notifications (including but not limited to SMS, WhatsApp, Webhooks, or automated emails). Accounts exceeding these thresholds are ineligible for a refund, as the infrastructure costs to process and store that volume of telemetry data are non-recoverable.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. No Refunds on Renewals: To maintain predictable infrastructure allocations, automatic renewals are non-refundable. Cancellation Control: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
Upgrades: When you upgrade a plan, the change happens instantly. Your account will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of your current billing cycle. Downgrades: When you downgrade a plan, the lower rate and adjusted resource quotas will apply starting on your next billing cycle. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for the remaining days of a cycle when moving to a lower tier.
The following items carry immediate, unrecoverable upstream costs and are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances: (1) Custom add-on notification credit packages (SMS or WhatsApp bundles), and (2) Explicit data retention extensions or cold-storage overages.
To request a refund under the 14-day initial purchase guarantee, please contact our support team at cs@ndelog.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your Transaction ID or Order Reference.
Once approved, refunds are processed back via our native payment gateways: (1) For Credit Card and supported E-Wallets/QRIS, funds will typically appear in your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your banking network. (2) For manual bank transfers or Virtual Accounts where the payment processor does not support direct automated reversals, refunds will be handled via direct manual bank transfer within 14 business days.
